There are several sites where you can set up your blog, such as www.blogger.com and www.wordpress.com, but ideally you should set up your blog as part of your website domain. This will maximise the benefits of blogging for search engine optimisation, as Google will rank your site more highly because of the frequency of updates to your blog provided that you make regular posts to it, ideally several times a week.
